[FAIL]is a guild that consists of many high level players who have played for top 50 guilds in the past. (And have champ titles to show it)

We originally formed in [xD] in July but have since reformed to become [FAIL]

Basically [FAIL] is about having fun but knowing when to be serious. We do consider ourselves serious gvgers and we spend quite a bit of time during the build development phase. We're always striving to improve.

Recently we've been going through some rough times with people leaving and the fact that until recently we've been unable to establish a stable core (so our rank has suffered). We're hoping to recruit a few dedicated and responsible members though and getting back up.

We use vent, and run all sorts of builds. Normally we run balanced, but we run some silly things in our smurf.

We GvG daily at 6:00 PM PST...usually go about 2 hours during the weekdays and we go until people have to leave on Fridays/Saturdays.

We have a forum as well, which we use to communicate schedules/discuss builds.

Currently mainly looking for a few subs (potential core members) that can play a variety of positions. (Mainly looking for someone who can play monk as well as one or two other professions)

Requirements:

800,000+ Balthazar Faction
At least one of the following titles: R5+, Glad, or Champion
Vent + Mic
Can make it to a reasonable amount of games.
Maturity & Dedication
Willingness to take advice
